Guided tour of the inoculated trees then learn how mycorrhizal fungi creates a symbiotic relationships with its host tree and forms a network under the ground, eventually producing truffles in winter.

Size: 3 acres with 240 truffle-inoculated trees, 500 lavender, 100 white sage and 100 hazelnut trees.

Key features:

  • Co-planting, truffles, hazelnut, as well as lavender and white sage fields.

  • On-site distillation for hydrosols and essentials oils.

  • Soon to be selling truffle and hazelnuts nationally.
