Taste the difference that fresh vegetables make in the kitchen and learn about working with plant-based products. Watch Chef, Chris Ogier in the demonstration kitchen as he shows you some tricks and tips on working with some alternative plant based products, learn how to make nutritious plant based meals.

After you’ve picked up tips and tricks, move into Impressions restaurant where you enjoy the delights of a variety of plant based food items, while enjoying a beverage, meeting new people and learning about WITTs part time Plant Based Cooking Course.
